License and Website Access

a. You may read and view the information on Katrina Rose Art for your own needs but you may not copy, print, publish, resell or sub-licence it.

Katrina Rose Art is not responsible for and does not endorse or accept any responsibility for the availability, contents, products, services or use of any Third Party Site, any website accessed from a Third Party Site or any changes or updates to such sites. Katrina Rose Art makes no guarantees about the content or quality of the products or services provided by such sites. You may be required to accept additional terms located on the Third Party Site.

c. Certain services made available on the Katrina Rose Site are delivered by third parties. By using any product, service, or functionality originating from the Katrina Rose Site, you are allowing Katrina Rose Art to share information with any third party with whom Katrina Rose Art has a pertinent contractual relationship – any information necessary to facilitate its provisions of products, services, or functionality to you.

Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms: Your purchase of Katrina Rose Art products or services is subject to certain Terms and Conditions. When you order art from Katrina Rose Art, you acknowledge that you have read these terms in detail and agree to bind by the terms documented here:

Material for Printing: When making a purchase, you agree that you have read our website and researched independently and know about the material on which the printing is done. You agree that Katrina Rose Art will not be responsible if the materials thought by the purchaser was something other than advertised on the Web Site.

Order: You agree that Katrina Rose Art will take at least 1-3 weeks as production time (excluding International shipping), starting from the time the order has been made. Moreover, you agree that shipping time may also depend on your response time to our enquiries regarding your order.

Changes to Your Order: You agree that you have carefully reviewed the product details before actually placing your order. Katrina Rose Art is not responsible for revising or cancelling orders once an order has been placed.

Colours in the Final Print: You agree that Katrina Rose Art does not guarantee that the final colours of your purchased print will be exactly the same as were shown on your screen. Katrina Rose Art works hard to make the colours on the print be as close as possible to the colours shown on the screen but does not guarantee a 100% match, however will guarantee that colours will match the original Artwork exactly. All screen settings are different and the colours displayed on your screen may be different to that of the final printed product.

Return and Refund Policy

Katrina Rose Art will provide a replacement Artwork, where possible, if the product fails or breaks due to a manufacturing defect within 14days of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact Katrina Rose Art within these 14days to advise of the defect. Please note this replacement will cover Original Artworks. Katrina Rose Art will not be liable should contact be made after 14days.

You agree that in such circumstances you will be required to take a photograph of the broken product and send it to our support team and return the damaged product by mail. Upon receipt of the product or the photograph, Katrina Rose Art will send a replacement of the product or will issue a credit to your nominated credit card.

You agree that the determination of whether a product’s failure or breakage is due to a manufacturing defect is within the sole discretion of Katrina Rose Art.
